Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products or services and increase our brand presence in the digital space.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • SEO Optimization: Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and update social media profiles, create and schedule posts, and engage with the online community to build brand awareness.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan and manage online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) ads, display ads, and social media ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Website Management: Maintain and update the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for conversions.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Digital Proficiency: Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO tools, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and CMS (Content Management Systems).
  • Content Creation: Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling and shareable content.
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization techniques.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and generating insights from digital marketing campaigns.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
